What is Coaching?

Coaching is different from the traditional helping modalities like Therapy or Consulting. It’s helpful to understand what Coaching is and what it is not.

The coaching partnership is a journey. Together we will work to identify what you really want, how to overcome anything that might be holding you back and get you moving forward in the direction you desire!

Coaching can be done in person, via tools such as Skype or FaceTime or over the phone in 45 minute to 1 hour sessions. We don’t need to be in the same room or even the same city to get to where we’re going!
